Product Description

Our production process 1. Raw material preparation: Select high-quality waste iron filings as raw materials, and add appropriate amount of chromium element.
2. Heating treatment: heating the raw material to the appropriate temperature so that it reaches the plasticity state. High temperature furnace is usually used for heating treatment.
3. Forging molding: Put the heated raw material into the forging machine, and make it deformed into a ball through impact and pressure. The forging process needs to control the temperature and pressure to ensure the uniformity and quality of the ball.
4. Heat treatment: Heat treatment of forged Steel Balls, usually including quenching and tempering. Quenching can improve the hardness and strength of the Steel ball, while tempering can reduce the internal stress and improve toughness.
5. Finishing: Fine processing of the Steel Ball after heat treatment, including trimming the spherical surface, polishing and cleaning processes to improve surface quality and reduce defects.
6. Testing and quality control: Through various testing methods, such as hardness testing, dimensional measurement and metallographic analysis, the quality of the steel ball is tested and controlled to ensure that it meets the requirements.

7. Packaging and delivery: The steel ball will be packaged, classified and marked according to customer requirements, and finally delivered to the factory.
